Today is a special day for honoring classic film every year. Big props to Rick at Classic Film TV Cafe for turning this into an annual tradition. I would like to pass along some of his recommendations–introduce a friend or family member to classic film, watch a favorite, plan a host party.
As for me, I’m going to rewatch Sextette in honor of Mae West, joined by my cat, named Marlo for the film’s heroine. A character that makes no sense, but somehow is the least bonkers presence in the film.
